now, what has happened here is the pentagon chief, currently leon panetta, has said here's the deal, women are now able to be in the front lines in combat. you have time, he says to the military to come back and tell me if women should be excluded from certain jobs. here is the idea r you have to have -- in special ops, in particular, there are huge physical challenges, even for the fittest of men. the question whether women who biologically have less upper body strength, can qualify and use the same qualifications as men. now, clearly, there are some women who can, but we will see over the next six months or so if anyone comes back and says i just don't think this is a job that a female can do but i think he expect a pretty easy transition. as we know, women have been in combat in terms of supporting combat, women killed in afghanistan and iraq, so it is not a huge leap but it is a cultural leap and there are certain jobs where you cannot bring down the qualifications, where men and women are going to have to meet the same qualifications and the question is whether women can, simply
